We are an experienced consulting company owned and operated by Shelly Plett, who has been in the Heavy Construction Industry for over 16 years working from the bottom up. SWS offers external safety consulting services such as Manuals, Training, Audits, Site Safety, Inspections and Assessments.
We specialize in helping Heavy Construction companies obtain COR Certification, ISNET Certification, as well as general Safety Consulting Services mentioned above. Shelly has been in the Health and Safety field for over 10 years working all over Canada from the Yukon to the most Northern part of Ontario on various Heavy / Civil Projects. She has vast experience with the COR Program, is an Approved External Auditor and External Consultant with the WorkSafely Program at Manitoba Heavy Construction Association.
SWS has helped numerous clients in MB & ON set up their safety programs, become COR Certified, conduct Audits and Assessments as well as fulfill due diligence requirements by properly training employees. We have Errors and Omissions and Commercial General Liability Coverage as well as Workers Compensation Coverage.
